High Risk Offender

1998 · Documentary · 0h 57m

An unflinching look at ex-convicts, their parole officers and therapists, and the process that eases ex-cons back into society. For ten months, this cinema verite documentary followed the lives of seven men on the brink of freedom -- six deemed at high risk to reoffend -- as they struggled to remain on the right side of the law.
